I reached a milestone in 2022 as the 10th straight year that I have selling organic sulfur - a food supplement used by my loyal customers to detoxify their bodies and provide more energy.
In April, I joined Substack which I have been using to promote my personal stories and anecdotes:
During the spring and summer, I was suddenly confronted with a family crisis after learning that my older sister had undergone surgery on her stomach and was hospitalized for nearly a month. By making personal visits at the bank where my sister has her account, I invoked my power of attorney authority to ensure that her bill payments were kept current.
While various outdoor predators hindered my ability to enjoy an abundance of homegrown fruits and vegetables, this season wasn't a total bust, either, as I managed to pluck more than a dozen, full-size Lebanese squash out of the raised bed garden and a fair number of strawberries out of their pots.
As I've grown older, I no longer strive to surround myself with the latest gadgets and technological innovations. When I run into a problem involving my 10-year-old laptop computer, I search online to learn how to perform the fix myself.
I close with an announcement of a new addition to the household. No, not the birth of a child. Rather, a MALE CAT that was gifted to my landlady by her daughter.
Happy New Year to All!
